Returns and Refunds

I always appreciate my customers' orders and with many things, I do my best to provide as detailed information as possible to include photographs, descriptions, sizing and colors, but, let's face it - life happens.  As we all know, there are times even the best pictures and descriptions don't meet our expectations or needs and we have to return ordered items.  Your satisfaction is my number one priority!  If you are unhappy or dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact me by telephone or e-mail and I will do my best to resolve the issue.

If you are completely dissatisfied with your purchase, please notify me by e-mail upon receipt of your purchase so I can try my best to resolve your issue.  If we are unable to resolve your dissatisfaction, you may return your purchase within thirty (30) days of receipt of your purchase, provided the item is in new and unworn condition, for a full refund, plus your cost in return shipping.

If the item is returned within the thirty (30) days as set out above, but in a used and worn condition, I will refund only 50% of the purchase price and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.  No refunds will be given after thirty (30) days from the date of receipt of your purchase.

If you purchased your item by credit card, I will refund your funds to the credit card used to purchase your item.  If you paid by PayPal, a refund will be issued in the form of a check and sent directly to you at your current mailing address, certified mail, return receipt requested.
